How booking works

  1. Send your request through the form.
  2. We confirm availability and recommend the best river for conditions and your goals.
  3. Secure your date with a deposit and you’re set.

Deposit & cancellation Policy

To reserve your fishing date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits

  • A deposit is required per trip day to hold your reservation
  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your trip
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip, prior to launching

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your scheduled trip will receive a full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the trip date will result in the deposit being forfeited
  • Trips cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date or no-shows are subject to the full trip rate

Weather & Water Conditions

  • Trips are not cancelled for weather alone
  • In the event of unsafe river conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit toward a future date
  • The guide has final discretion regarding safety and fishable conditions

Rescheduling

  • We understand plans can change
  • When possible, rescheduling is encouraged and will be accommodated based on availability
  • Rescheduled trips retain the original deposit as a credit toward the new date

Do you pick the river for us?

Yes—unless you have a specific request. We recommend the river that’s fishing best for your dates and goals.

Do we need gear?

No. Flies and terminal tackle are included, and rods/reels can be provided upon request.

Do we need a fishing license?

Yes. Most anglers need a valid Montana fishing license.
